The second phase introduces the Featured Artist. One surviving member is promoted and gains upgraded attacks: a Featured Jetty gets a bigger second shockwave, a Featured Roxy adds new sweeping Sonic Circle patterns including a seven-circle ring, and a Featured Scylla fires four Music Orbs at once. Which member becomes the Featured Artist depends on who you have left alive.
Silence Roxy first, then Jetty, and play hit-and-run, because the shared health bar means thinning the band down to one target makes the whole fight calmer.
Roxy is the priority despite the band billing. She is stationary and her ground zones cover the most floor, so removing her early clears the most dangerous area denial. Her Outer AOE covers the entire arena except a safe ring at her feet, so that ring is your shelter while you focus her down. Jetty goes next; she is fast and her Sonic Waves stun you for the others, making her the second-most disruptive Siren. In practice, the fight calms down dramatically the moment both Sirens are gone and only Scylla is left.
Save the lead singer for last. Scylla always survives into the final phase anyway, and her Back Damage Immunity means you should attack her front or side rather than circling behind. A status effect that pressures groups helps clear the Pinheads she summons at 10% health once Jetty and Roxy are gone.
You can recruit the Sirens. The wiki notes Roxy and Jetty can be raised to fight for you with the Night Bloom hex or the Sun Worshiper duo boon, flipping two-thirds of the band onto your side mid-encounter.

is the standout. Her Hitch curse chains damage across cursed foes, and with three band members feeding one pool that chained damage is doubled and tripled into the same bar. Aphrodite weakness boons also shine, since lowering the damage of three simultaneous attackers makes the whole stage survivable.
A Selene 
Hex such as Night Bloom doubles as both a damage tool and the way to raise Jetty or Roxy as allies, and the Sun Worshiper duo from Apollo 
and Hera does the same. For keepsakes, Odysseus 
and his Knuckle Bones cut Guardian HP and the damage you take, shortening the longest part of the fight.
Wide Casts and splash damage are ideal here. A Cast that catches Jetty and Roxy at once is effectively double damage because both hits drain the same shared bar. This is the fight to deploy any area build you have been holding.
