According to the wiki, it sits in a secret room accessed through a magic mirror with red runes floating around it on the left side of the tower. Every other base game coffin appears as a question mark pin in plain view once the Milky Way Map is collected.
The reward is Concetta Caciotta, the dark-feather Shadow Pinion starter whose +1% Area per level scales uncapped past Porta Ladonna's capped curve. Per the wiki, Concetta also starts with +10% Curse, a trait she shares only with Zi'Assunta Belpaese among coffin characters and which pairs naturally with her Area-stack identity.

According to the wiki, the mirror is the first lore connection between the gallotower.com ARG and the in-game stage. The ARG, which Poncle ran between late October 2025 and early November 2025, used the same red rune imagery across its 12 floors. Completing the final floor revealed the spell "guinigigi," which unlocked a new weapon in-game.
The room itself is a small enclosed pocket centered on the coffin tile. Per the wiki, the standard coffin ring still fires once the player steps onto the coffin: an expanding wave of enemies spawns and must be cleared before the casket opens. The room geometry leaves less kite distance than the open stages, which makes the AoE clear more important.

Build into Area before the mirror trip. Per the wiki, Concetta's secret room is tighter than the open stages, which favors expansion-type AoE over single-target damage. In actual play, a Pentagram-only load works because of the screen-clear banish, but a Garlic or Santa Water build with stacked Area also wins because the ring spawn lands inside the larger area aura instead of outside it.
Concetta Caciotta is the Shadow Pinion starter. The wiki notes she begins every run with +20% Move Speed, +10% Curse, and an uncapped +1% Area per level passive. According to the wiki, Concetta's passive ability is slightly behind Porta Ladonna's capped Area scaling at low levels, then catches up after level 30 when Porta's curve flattens. The uncapped scaling makes Concetta the better long-run pick for Area-driven weapons like Pentagram, Garlic, and
Lightning Ring evolutions that scale outward with Area.
The optimal coffin run uses a character whose level-up cadence is fast enough to land Pentagram by minute 5 and an Area-stack passive line that survives the secret room's tight ring spawn. In our testing, the mirror clear happens between minute 6 and minute 10 with the build below.

Per the wiki, both spawn in fixed locations relative to the player start and the Milky Way Map tracks them. Grab both on the route to the mirror rather than backtracking after the coffin pickup.
Gallo Tower carries two guaranteed stage items, plus one relic and a cluster of side pickups. According to the wiki, the Milky Way Map shows all of these once obtained, and the route from spawn to the mirror passes most of them in a single loop.

The wiki specifies that Gallo Tower has Hyper unlock conditions tied to defeating the Giant Enemy Crab at minute 25. After unlock, Hyper mode gives +80% Gold and +10% Luck. The coffin run benefits from the same Gold modifier because Concetta's shop price scales with prior coffin purchases, and Hyper runs bank gold faster for that purchase.
