The Aspect of Charon is the reason his name shows up in a build, because it turns the Moonstone Axe into a Cast-detonation engine.
The wiki states the Moonstone Axe aspect makes your Cast erupt like a full Omega Cast whenever it is struck by your Omega Special, an interaction the community calls Cleave-Cast. It scales the cleave size and damage from +10% up to +45% across its ranks.
