The robes your followers wear, from the default Acolyte look to one-of-a-kind Wedding and Ceremonial outfits that pay out Faith.
Outfits are the follower version of the Lamb's Fleeces, and dressing your flock quietly pays you back in Faith. Every new robe a follower wears for the first time hands you Faith, so fashion is a real resource, not just decoration.
They split into two clear types. According to the wiki, Standard Robes can be crafted endlessly for any follower, while Unique Robes are one-of-a-kind outfits you can only make once.
Most come from one cat. The wiki notes many robe blueprints are bought from the tailor Berith or found as crusade loot, then crafted at the Tailor.
This guide covers how outfits work, the difference between Standard and Unique Robes, where to get them, and the Faith bonuses that make dressing your cult worthwhile.

Faith on first wear, plus more for Unique Robes.Outfits, called Robes, are what every follower wears, much like Fleeces are for the Lamb. Per the wiki, all
followers wear the standard Acolyte Robe when first indoctrinated, apart from a handful of unique characters.
Dressing them up earns Faith. According to the wiki, a follower wearing any non-Acolyte robe for the first time yields 5 Faith, a one-time bonus per follower, so re-outfitting your whole cult is a steady Faith boost.
Robes are flexible. The wiki notes outfits can be recolored and handed to any living follower, so you can theme your cult or match a robe to a follower's
traits, like the Fashionable trait that boosts Devotion in a unique outfit.
Standard Robes are your everyday wardrobe, craftable as many times as you like. Per the wiki, they can be made endlessly and given to any follower, making them the backbone of cult fashion.
They cost cloth and materials. According to the wiki, standard outfits like the Merchant Shirt, Grass Skirt, and Night Shirt are crafted from
Cotton plus a secondary material such as
Spider Silk, Crystal Shards, Grass, or Bone.
Acolyte Robes (worn by default, free)
Grass Skirt (2 Cotton, 20 Grass)
Night Shirt (4 Cotton, 5 Crystal Shards)
Naked (perform the Rite of Lust 5 times, 1 Sin)Unique Robes are the prestige outfits, and you only get one shot at each. Per the wiki, a Unique Robe is one-of-a-kind and can only be crafted once, never remade afterward.
They pay out more Faith. According to the wiki, followers who see another member wearing a Unique Robe sometimes gain 10 Faith, double the standard first-wear bonus, so a single showpiece lifts the whole cult.
They gate behind rituals and events. The wiki ties the Wedding Dress and Wedding Suit to performing three
weddings, and the Ceremonial Robe to confessing the same follower five times, each costing
Sin and premium materials.
Save Unique Robes for high-visibility followers. In practice their Faith bonus triggers when others see them, so put a Wedding Dress or Ceremonial Robe on a follower who mingles rather than one tucked away on a work station.
Most outfits trace back to a single tailor. Per the wiki, the silkworm
Berith sells the blueprints for many robes on crusades, which you then craft at the Tailor.
Crusades themselves drop outfits. According to the wiki, robes like the Merchant Shirt and Evening Frock can be acquired as loot during
crusades, so exploring dungeons builds your wardrobe alongside buying it.
A few come from playing the game a certain way. The wiki notes the Ragged Robes can appear from the Confession Booth, the Naked outfit unlocks through the Rite of Lust, and the wedding outfits come from holding
ceremonies, so your playstyle shapes which outfits you own.
A few followers refuse the dress code. Per the wiki, unique characters like Aym, Baal, Sozo, and Midas skip the default Acolyte Robe entirely, keeping their own look.
The Naked outfit is a real unlock. According to the wiki, performing the Rite of Lust five times unlocks the Naked "outfit," a cheeky option that still counts as a robe for the first-wear Faith bonus.
Outfits pair with the Fashionable trait. The wiki notes the Fashionable
follower trait generates 20% more Devotion while wearing a unique outfit, turning fashion into output.
Outfits are one layer of customizing your flock. These guides cover the forms beneath them, the camp around them, and the rituals that unlock the rarest robes.
