57 Leaf Clover gives +1 Luck per stack. Luck causes every failed proc roll to be re-rolled one additional time per Clover. If a 10% proc item fails its roll, the Clover rolls it again. The effective chance formula is: 1 - (1 - base_chance)^(clovers + 1). It does not affect items already at 100% proc chance, and explicitly does not affect Tougher Times.
Complete The Long Road challenge by completing 20 stages in a single run. Hidden realms (Bazaar Between Time, Void Fields, etc.) do not count toward the stage total. You must loop the run by choosing "aligned with the planet" at the Primordial Teleporter on Sky Meadow rather than going to Commencement. Stages 11-20 require looping back to early environments.

The game re-rolls any failed proc once per point of positive Luck. Negative Luck from Purity causes any successful proc to be re-rolled for an unfavorable outcome.
Yes. Crit chance is a luck-affected random roll. With 1 Clover, a 10% crit chance becomes 19%. At 50% crit, 1 Clover brings it to 75%. However, once crit is capped at 100%, additional Clovers have no effect on crit since there are no failed rolls to re-roll.
No. Tougher Times is explicitly excluded from the luck system. Neither 57 Leaf Clover nor Purity affects Tougher Times block chance. This is intentional - if Clover worked on Tougher Times it would approach near-guaranteed blocks at moderate stack counts.
