Identical to the Lamb, same rituals and curses.The Goat is one of two playable characters and the Lamb's deliberate opposite. Per the wiki they have twin curved horns, angry slanted eyebrows, a silver bell collar, and a purple cape that doubles as the Goat's Fleece.
Their crown mirrors yours with a twist. According to the wiki, the Goat wears a crown with a purple eye, closely echoing the Lamb's Red Crown.
Their origin is a mystery on purpose. The wiki states the Goat is not biologically related to

Unlocking the Goat means winning, then dying. Per the wiki, the Goat Fleece is obtained by dying after you have already defeated The One Who Waits, which drops you into a realm resembling Narinder's prison.
That realm holds the Goat statue. According to the wiki, a stone Goat statue with glowing purple eyes sits on a pool of black liquid, and you cannot leave the area without approaching it.
Approaching it corrupts you. The wiki details the statue urging the Lamb to reach into the shadows, and holding the action button turns the realm red, possesses the Lamb, and unlocks corrupted Tarot cards and several Relics before returning you to life.

Their unlock enables a speedrun trick. According to the wiki, because you revive where you died, players use the Goat statue revive with the Fleece of the Berserker to beat a 
Bishop without taking damage for that achievement.
Their smile never breaks. The wiki notes the Goat is drawn with an evil grin even while fishing or building, leaving it genuinely unclear whether their affection for the cult is sincere.
