Homogenized horrors of lactomancy that swarm Dairy Plant. Kill 3,000 to unlock Bianca Ramba and her bouncing Carrello cart.
carrambaMilk Elemental is a base-game enemy added in Patch 0.3.0. It appears on Dairy Plant as both swarm-event and normal spawns, in Boss Rash from minute 7, and as a summoned minion of The Director on Eudaimonia Machine. Bestiary slot 015.
Milk Elemental was added to Vampire Survivors on March 2, 2022, with Patch 0.3.0 alongside the Dairy Plant stage. The enemy occupies bestiary slot 015 and is one of the earliest base-game enemies in the bestiary order, sandwiched between Lionhead and Dragon Shrimp.
The internal game ID is MILK for the standard variant. A second variant exists with ID MILK2, sometimes called the Sturdy Milk Elemental, which has 10 HP instead of 5 and drops 2 XP instead of 1. Both variants count toward the same 3,000-kill unlock counter.
The standard Milk Elemental has minimal stats by design: 5 HP, Power 5, MoveSpeed 140, knockback 1 maxing at 3, and 1 XP per kill. The low health is what makes the enemy farmable in such large quantities, since most Dairy Plant builds clear waves of them with a single weapon tick.
The Milk Elemental is categorised as a Base Game enemy, distinct from the DLC enemies added later. Owners of Vampire Survivors without any DLC will still encounter them, since Dairy Plant is a base-game stage.
Milk Elementals appear on three stages with different spawn behaviours. Knowing which stage produces the fastest kill rate matters for the 3,000-kill unlock grind.
| Stage | Spawn Pattern | Best For |
|---|---|---|
Dairy Plant | Swarm events at 1:15 (4x), 2:15 (3x), 6:30 (1x), plus normal waves at 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, 9:00, 10:00 | Primary farm target. Swarm events spawn 25 to 50 at once. |
Boss Rash | Normal enemy from minute 7:00 onward | Secondary option, slower than Dairy Plant for raw kill count |
Eudaimonia Machine | Summoned by The Director during Phase 1 | Niche option only available after unlocking Eudaimonia Machine |
| Stat | Standard (MILK) | Sturdy (MILK2) |
|---|---|---|
| Internal ID | MILK | MILK2 |
| Bestiary Number | 015 | Unlisted variant |
| HP | 5 | 10 |
| Power | 5 | 5 |
| Move Speed | 140 | 140 |
| Knockback (max) | 1 (3) | 1 (3) |
| XP Drop | 1 | 2 |
| First Spawn | Dairy Plant 1:15 swarm | Dairy Plant 5:00 normal |
Dairy Plant is the only stage worth farming. The first swarm event spawns 25 Milk Elementals at minute 1:15 and repeats four times. After minute 3:00, they appear as constant normal-wave spawns for the rest of the run.

Dairy Plant is the third stage in Vampire Survivors. It unlocks by reaching level 40 in Inlaid Library, or by casting the spell everywhere in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane menu. Both routes lead to the same stage.
The official wiki description sets the tone: "The birthplace of Milk Magic churns with chaos. Here, it's not just blood that curdles." The stage is built around milk-themed enemies, with Milk Elementals as the volume mob and the Sword Guardian as the 25:00 boss.
The wiki confirms ten distinct Milk Elemental spawn waves on Dairy Plant. Pacing the farm correctly means knowing when each wave hits.
| Time | Type | Variant | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1:15 | Swarm Event | Standard | Spawn 25, last 30 seconds, repeats 4 times |
| 2:15 | Swarm Event | Standard | Spawn 25, last 30 seconds, repeats 3 times |
| 3:00 | Normal Wave | Standard | Continuous spawn from this point |
| 4:00 | Normal Wave | Standard | Spawn rate increases |
| 5:00 | Normal Wave | Sturdy (10 HP) | Variant transition begins |
| 6:30 | Swarm Event | Sturdy | Spawn 50, last 30 seconds |
| 9:00 | Normal Wave | Sturdy | Late game spawn pool |
| 10:00 | Normal Wave | Sturdy | Continues to end of run |
The spawn pattern is heavily front-loaded. By minute 7, a player will have already seen seven Milk Elemental spawn pulses on top of the continuous normal-wave background. Farm builds focused purely on the unlock can quit the run early after minute 10 to 12 once the kill counter is satisfied.
Two full Dairy Plant runs at level 80+ generally cover the 3,000-kill threshold. Stack Curse passives like Skull O'Maniac and pick a high-Area weapon to one-shot entire swarms.

The Bianca Ramba unlock requires 3,000 cumulative Milk Elemental kills across any number of Dairy Plant runs. The counter is per-save and persistent, so progress carries between sessions and characters.
Most players hit the threshold incidentally just by playing Dairy Plant a few times. The unlock often pops mid-run when a swarm event closes out the counter.
Skull O'Maniac. Curse increases enemy spawn frequency, which directly increases Milk Elemental count per minute.
Candelabrador,
Duplicator, and
Empty Tome turn single-target weapons into swarm-clearers.Hyper mode on Dairy Plant unlocks by defeating the Sword Guardian boss at minute 25:00. Hyper grants +50% Gold and +10% Luck on this stage and increases enemy spawn count.
Once Hyper is unlocked, all Dairy Plant farm runs should use it. The increased spawn density makes Milk Elemental farming dramatically faster.
Cast carramba in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane menu to unlock Bianca Ramba instantly. The spell skips the achievement and the kill counter.
Forbidden Scrolls ShortcutThe 3,000-kill grind can be skipped entirely by casting carramba in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane menu. Bianca Ramba unlocks immediately at the same 500-coin purchase price.
The tradeoff: the Bianca Ramba achievement that the kill-count path grants does not register, and the in-game completion log will still show 0 of 3,000 Milk Elemental kills.
The spell name is a multi-layered pun. "Caramba" is a Spanish exclamation expressing surprise, similar to "darn it" or "oh wow." The extra "r" in carramba references Bianca's starting weapon Carrello, which is Italian for cart.
Read together, "Bianca Ramba" plus "carramba" sounds out the full Spanish phrase. The naming is consistent with how poncle has assigned other multilingual spell codes throughout the game.
The spell shortcut requires the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane to be unlocked first. Players who have not yet collected the Scrolls from defeating Sketamari in The Bone Zone will need to do that before the Secrets menu accepts spell input.
Bianca Ramba unlocks for purchase at 500 coins. Starting weapon Carrello bounces off walls based on the Amount stat. With Chaos Lazulia, Carrello evolves into Carozza! at level 80.

Bianca Ramba is the direct payoff for the 3,000 Milk Elemental kills. She becomes purchasable in the character menu for 500 coins, scaling with how many other characters have been bought.
Her starting weapon is the
Carrello, a horizontal-firing cart that bounces off walls and obstacles. The number of bounces is governed by the Amount stat, with the base 2 Amount giving the cart one wall-bounce before it shatters and explodes.

| Attribute | Value |
|---|---|
| Cost to Purchase | 500 coins (scales with other characters owned) |
| Starting Weapon | Carrello (evolves to Carozza! with Chaos Lazulia at level 80) |
| Per-Level Growth | +1 Amount every 20 levels (max +3 at level 60) |
| Stat Profile | Identical to Mortaccio, Yatta Cavallo, and O'Sole Meeo |
| Halloween Skin | Spoopy variant unlocked via the spoopyseason spell |
Carrello fires a single cart horizontally in the direction Bianca is facing. The cart travels in a straight line, ricochets off walls and large obstacles, and explodes when it runs out of bounces. Both the cart's wheels-down body and its terminal explosion deal damage.
The weapon's base cooldown is 5.5 seconds, scaling up to 6.4 seconds at maximum level. That long cooldown is the main weakness, since a single cart that misses or runs out of bounces leaves Bianca exposed for the next cycle. Stacking
Empty Tome and the Tragic Princess Arcana addresses this.

Carrello originally launched without an evolution. A later patch added the Carozza! evolution, which requires the
Chaos Lazulia relic and reaching level 80 while playing as Bianca Ramba.
Both conditions are character-specific. Carozza! cannot be obtained by any character other than Bianca, and the relic plus the level-80 milestone must both be true at the time of evolution. Once unlocked, Carozza! turns the bouncing-cart pattern into a maxed-out chain attack with significantly higher base damage and area.
Bianca's level-scaling Amount bonus is the under-discussed half of her kit. By level 60, she gains +3 base Amount. Combined with two
Duplicators and the Amount PowerUp, this stacks to a total of +6 Amount across all applicable weapons.
That puts Bianca tied with Mortaccio, Yatta Cavallo, O'Sole Meeo, and Ambrojoe for the highest persistent Amount in the base game. Every Amount-affected weapon in the build benefits, not just Carrello.
Collecting the Yellow Sign relic spawns a Cheese pickup on Dairy Plant. Picking it up summons 7 Werewolves. Defeating all 7 unlocks Minnah Mannarah, who starts with the Bloody Tear evolved whip.

While farming Milk Elementals, players who own the
Yellow Sign relic can also pick up a hidden Cheese item on Dairy Plant. The Cheese is visible on the map as a Floor Chicken icon and triggers a separate hidden character unlock.
Picking up the Cheese spawns seven
Werewolf bosses in a circle around the player. Defeating all seven unlocks
Minnah Mannarah as a playable character.

The Yellow Sign relic is the prerequisite. Without it, the Cheese does not spawn. The fastest way to find the Cheese after picking up Yellow Sign is to use the
Mad Groove (VIII) Arcana, which auto-attracts every item on the map directly to the player.
Minnah starts with the
Bloody Tear, an already-evolved version of the Whip. She also has a unique passive that cycles her stats every minute, similar to some Arcana effects. The unlock cost is 666 coins, scaling with other characters.
The achievement description is "Deal with the consequence of stealing cheese from the Dairy Plant," a poncle-style joke about the Werewolf ambush.
Milk Elementals are a parody of magic-school cliches. The Ars Gouda bestiary calls them "homogenized horrors of lactomancy" formulated by intolerant Milk Mages. The pun on "intolerant" is a lactose-intolerance reference.

Milk Elementals exist as a parody of standard fantasy magic-school cliches. Where most games have Fire Elementals or Ice Elementals, Vampire Survivors built a stage around Milk Elementals summoned by Milk Mages.
The full Ars Gouda bestiary entry on page 15 reads: "Behold, the blasphemy of lactomancy! These homogenized horrors were formulated to pulverize and pasteurize in the name of their intolerant Milk Mages. Any who've tried to cream them end up torn in half... and half! This entry has been condensed for those who prefer to skim."
The text is dense with dairy puns. "Homogenized horrors" references milk processing, "pulverize and pasteurize" combines a violence pun with a milk-treatment pun, "intolerant Milk Mages" plays on lactose intolerance, "tried to cream them" mixes a violence idiom with whipped cream, "torn in half... and half" is the half-and-half cream product, and "condensed... prefer to skim" combines condensed milk and skim milk in a single closing joke.
The official stage description on the wiki reads: "The birthplace of Milk Magic churns with chaos. Here, it's not just blood that curdles. A secret map awaits the hero brave enough to enter this overthrown factory."
Dairy Plant's 25:00 boss is the Sword Guardian, who drops nothing on first kill but unlocks Hyper mode for the stage. Defeating him in normal mode also begins to advance the
Milky Way Map relic that lives 3 tilesets south of the starting area.
Bianca, Mortaccio, Yatta Cavallo, and O'Sole Meeo all share identical passives and stats. They differ only in starting weapons. Bianca has Carrello; the others have Bone, Cherry Bomb, and Celestial Dusting.
Bianca Ramba belongs to a four-character cluster that share identical passives and per-level stat scaling. The only difference between them is the starting weapon and the visual sprite.
| Character | Starting Weapon | Unlock Method |
|---|---|---|
Bianca Ramba | Carrello (cart) | 3,000 Milk Elementals |
Mortaccio | Bone | Reach level 60 with any character |
Yatta Cavallo | Cherry Bomb | Defeat 3,000 Lion Heads |
O'Sole Meeo | Celestial Dusting | Defeat 3,000 Dragon Shrimp |
The "kill 3,000 of a specific enemy" pattern repeats across this group. Three of the four characters (Bianca, Yatta, O'Sole) unlock through enemy kill counts on specific stages. Mortaccio is the exception, requiring a level milestone instead.
All four characters can also be unlocked via Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane spells (carramba, yattapanda, reset, and a stand-alone Mortaccio code). The spell shortcut path skips the achievement but matches the unlock-cost economics.
Poppea Pecorina is a separate Dairy Plant character whose coffin sits 3 tilesets southeast of the starting area. She is unlocked by opening that coffin during a Dairy Plant run, not by any Milk Elemental kill count.
| Date | Build | Change |
|---|---|---|
| 2 March 2022 | Patch 0.3.0 | Milk Elemental added at bestiary slot 015 alongside Dairy Plant. Bianca Ramba 3,000-kill unlock established. |
| 2022 (later patch) | spoopyseason update | Halloween skin variant added for Bianca Ramba via the spoopyseason spell. |
| v1.3.0 | Major update | Spoopy skin made permanent after first unlock. Prior versions reverted the skin on game exit. |
| Later patch | Eudaimonia Machine release | Milk Elementals added as Director-summoned minions during Phase 1 of the Eudaimonia Machine boss fight. |
| Later patch | Carozza! evolution | Carrello evolution added with Chaos Lazulia relic plus level 80 as Bianca Ramba. |
Milk Elementals appear on three stages: Dairy Plant, Boss Rash, and Eudaimonia Machine. Dairy Plant is the primary farm location, with swarm events at minutes 1:15 and 2:15 plus continuous normal-wave spawns from minute 3 onward.
You need to kill 3,000 Milk Elementals across any number of runs to unlock Bianca Ramba. The kill counter is per-save and persistent, so progress carries between sessions and characters.
Defeat 3,000 Milk Elementals on Dairy Plant, Boss Rash, or Eudaimonia Machine, then purchase Bianca Ramba in the character menu for 500 coins. Alternatively, cast carramba in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane menu to unlock her without the kill grind.
The spell is carramba, cast in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane menu. The phrase combines the Spanish exclamation caramba with an extra r referencing her Carrello cart weapon.
Milk Elementals begin spawning at minute 1:15 of any Dairy Plant run as part of a Swarm event. Stand near the centre of the map and the swarm waves will appear automatically. By minute 3:00 they appear continuously as part of normal wave spawns.
The Carrello evolves into Carozza! when the player has the Chaos Lazulia relic and reaches level 80 while playing as Bianca Ramba. Both conditions are character-specific. No other character can obtain Carozza!
Dairy Plant is the best stage by a wide margin. The first three minutes alone produce up to 175 Milk Elementals through the 1:15 and 2:15 swarm events. Boss Rash and Eudaimonia Machine produce them but at much slower rates.
Picking up the Cheese pickup on Dairy Plant spawns seven Werewolves around the player. Defeating all seven unlocks Minnah Mannarah, a secret character with the Bloody Tear evolved whip. The Cheese only appears after collecting the Yellow Sign relic.
