Reopen them for free - but you must pass a memory test. Pick the correct item (what dropped from that chest) from a panel of three choices. Right answer: free copy of that item. Wrong answer: lose a stack of the incorrectly chosen item from your inventory.

No. Legendary Chests, Adaptive Chests, Rusty Lockboxes, Void Cradles, and Shrines of Chance are not affected by Delusion. Only Small Chests, Large Chests, Category Chests, Large Category Chests, and Cloaked Chests reset after the teleporter event.
